Do all VE RED RAZ products contain rose?
No. Our collection includes different skincare, sun-care, body-care and botanical-oil formulas. Rosehip is one individual oil, not the basis of every product. Check each product's own ingredient information. A highlighted ingredient list is not a complete INCI list; where the complete list cannot be verified from the available packaging, we say so. Check the label on the product you receive or request the complete list before use if you have allergies or sensitivities.
How can I check vegan and other packaging claims?
Check the individual product rather than assuming one claim applies to the whole collection. Our product guides distinguish statements and symbols on the supplied packaging from independently verified certifications or test results. A vegan symbol does not establish allergy safety, organic certification or suitability for every skin type. If you need a particular certification or more detail about a formula, ask us before purchasing.
How long do the products last, and how should I read the shelf-life symbol?
Each product shows a Period-After-Opening (PAO) symbol — the little open-jar icon with a number such as 6M or 12M — which tells you how many months the product stays at its best once you've opened it. Unopened, products keep until the date or batch guidance on the packaging. Store them away from direct sunlight and heat, keep lids closed, and use clean hands or the supplied applicator to keep your cosmetics fresh.
Should I do a patch test before using a new product?
Yes — we recommend a patch test with any new cosmetic. Apply a small amount to a discreet area such as the inner forearm, leave it for 24 hours, and if you notice any irritation, stop using the product. Everyone's skin is different, so if you have sensitive skin or any specific concerns, it's always sensible to check the ingredient list first and speak to a qualified professional if needed.
How do you ship, and how long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and shipped across the EU, typically arriving within 3–7 working days depending on your country. Your order is packed carefully to protect glass and delicate items, and you'll receive a tracking link by email once it's on its way.
What is your returns policy on cosmetics?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty or damaged. Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. If anything arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us with your order number and photos and we'll make it right quickly.
How should I store my everyday care products?
Follow the storage, expiry and period-after-opening information on your own product. Keep caps closed, avoid direct sunlight and excessive heat, and use clean hands or the supplied applicator. An open-jar symbol such as 12M means twelve months after opening, not an unlimited unopened shelf life. Do not assume every formula has the same storage requirements or usable period.
